Common Ground Leaders is a community of 18 – 25 year olds who are interested in learning more about the arts, heritage, creating, producing, and changing the world around them. If you’re based in East Anglia, want to join a community of like-minded individuals where you can develop your skills & personal practice whilst having a say in the work we do and accessing unique opportunities then this is (probably) a good fit for you.
You might be an artist, a historian, a filmmaker, a producer, a creative genius, or someone who’s not creative at all but wants to try something new. You might be a natural leader or someone just beginning to develop your own voice. You might just be here for the masterclasses or you might want to be involved in every opportunity we offer (which includes paid jobs!). Whoever you are, you are more than welcome in this community and we really look forward to meeting you.
